Today we went to the doctors for Doug's follow up appointment. He is still having a lot of breathing problems. The chest x-ray that they did today showed no change from Monday. The pneumonia is still there. The doctor said that this is all from the flu and that it is just taking Doug's body a little longer to recover. They are going to give him two units of blood to see if that will help with his breathing and fatigue. Doug still has to stay away from people as much as possible because of his weakened immune system. He will go back next Thursday for anther check up. Please continue to pray that he will recover completely and quickly as he was doing so well. God is our strength and we are holding on tight to Him. Thank you for your faithful prayers. We truly are blessed.
