Hello,
Well Doug went to morning service today feeling o.k. but felt horrible by the time it was over.
When we got home we pulled out his drug sheets and found out he is having some side effects to the chemo that he was given on Wednesday. He has had to take some strong pain meds. so he has been sleeping most of the day.I am staying home with him tonight so that I can keep a close eye on these reactions because they are not ones he has had before. Please keep him in your prayers as I know many of you are. We thank all of you for your prayers. There is a song that Patti sang at church a few months back called "someone is praying you through" It is amazing how songs can minister to your heart even months later. We serve a great God and he is getting us through.
love to all,
Kelly

ReplyDeleteDoug, we have a man in our church who starts chemo tomorrow, Monday April 6. I want you to know your journey has helped me to better pray and understand what Pat is going through. Thanks Doug for sharing, I am praying for you and your family. God Bless
