Do you ever have one of those days where you think you know how your day is going to go. Then life shows you that you know nothing and your not in control at all. Welcome to our new world we have been living it for awhile but just hadn't woke up yet. Today we went into the clinic for a doctor visit with a blood draw and possible platelets. We find out that his counts are still low which is weird to us that they are staying down. Then we are told he is getting a chemo shot which we did not expect. Doug is saying sure hit the poor man while he is down and they did. Last year we had everything planned out and were on a routine this year we don't think there is such a thing. I am a planner so God is definitely trying to teach me something cause I have re planed this month 5 times and this is day one. ( O Boy Am I in Trouble)
I am done rambling for now (maybe). So what do we know Doug's counts are low, He feels good(praise God). We go in on Friday to see the doctor (who we did not see today), And get a possible treatment. When his counts come back up in a week or two then he will go back to the hospital for more chemo. He is doing well and we thank God for the good days. He has been able to work and will be back with his officers tomorrow. Thank-you for all the prayers.
love to all,
Kelly
