Hello,
I took Doug to the doctor's for a blood draw and check-up this morning. All went very well.
His counts look good,he is still on track. He has lost 29lbs. They took his PIC line out so that made him really happy. They say he is doing well but they keep reminding him it is still early after transplant and not to expect to much. So in all a good visit but it wore him totally out.
He is missing everyone but can't be around crowds. Many have asked about visitors and he would love to have HEALTHY ones. If possible give us a phone call first just to check and see if he is napping.

- On February 6, 2008 I was diagnosed with Acute pre-cursor B-Cell Lynphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). I spent most of 2008 in and out of the hospital receiving chemo treatments and was told I was in remission in July 2008. On March 10, 2009 my Doctor advised me that my ALL had relapsed. We are now involved in that part of the journey.
