Well Doug has been feeling ok in some areas and not in others. Today we took him into the doctors and they did a chest x-ray. It showed he had a pool of fluid in his left lung. There are also two spots on his lungs. The antibiotics that he was taking at home are not working so with the help of home nurses we will be doing 7 days of IV antibiotics here. Their hopes are to keep him out of the hospital. They have also brought in another doctor to help us here at the house who can manage his pain and nausea symptoms. Please continue to pray for us as we are being faced with many decisions. We know that God will give us the wisdom and peace that we need. He is our rock and comfort through this time. Doug continues in good spirits and his wonderful sense of humor. He is awesome!!!!

- On February 6, 2008 I was diagnosed with Acute pre-cursor B-Cell Lynphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). I spent most of 2008 in and out of the hospital receiving chemo treatments and was told I was in remission in July 2008. On March 10, 2009 my Doctor advised me that my ALL had relapsed. We are now involved in that part of the journey.
