I have a quick update and a prayer request. Doug's eyesight is still bad and causing him a lot of nausea. There is not any change in Doug's condition. During dialysis today they tried to take off the extra fluid from his lungs. This caused his blood pressure to drop to 70/30. The drop along with the way the catheter stopped working showed that they would not be able to continue to pull the fluid off. So the option of using the dialysis to help with his lungs will not work. So unless they come up with another way or the Lord heels him he will have to have lung surgery. At this time we do not have any information as to when this will be. The doctors will have to talk and then will get back to us. We ask all of you to pray with us for wisdom on our end and the doctors. The lung doctor has already said that this surgery will be a hard and risky surgery for Doug. We are leaning on the Lord at this time for wisdom and strength during this time. We will keep you all posted.
