Good morning it is 7am and Doug is resting (Amen) It has been a long night whoever thinks you actually get to sleep in a hospital is quit mistaken. I know many of you are praying and our church is praying around the clock for the next few weeks and we are thankful for every prayer that is placed in front of our Lord. I thought I would give you our prayer request for today. This chemo is stronger than Doug has ever had and his body is not liking it. About 4pm yesterday it started in and he was not able to keep anything down. The meds for nausea that they gave him made him tired, wobbly and confused. I stayed the the night cause he was to bad for me to leave him. His spirits are still good and he is ready to fight round two today. God has given him such strength though this . Today is the last chemo day then we start radiation tomorrow.
Thank-you for the prayers, I will keep you updated.
love to all,
Kelly
