Hello,
Can you believe it is three weeks past transplant already. Wow the Lord is so good.Doug has been home over a week already and is doing well all things considered. He went to the doctors yesterday and they think that he might have the signs of GVHD starting in his gut. This is one of the most common places for it to start. They gave him some more meds. and said this should help him feel better within a week. Hopefully this will help him be able to eat more. He has lost 25lbs. He is having a good morning today and even doing some church work on the computer from his "MAN CHAIR" in the living room. He just has no energy to walk far or be on his feet much. but does get a few little burst of energy where he can concentrate on something.His concentration has been very minimal it takes to much out of him but about every 3-4 days he has a burst for a few minutes. He misses everyone greatly.

- On February 6, 2008 I was diagnosed with Acute pre-cursor B-Cell Lynphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). I spent most of 2008 in and out of the hospital receiving chemo treatments and was told I was in remission in July 2008. On March 10, 2009 my Doctor advised me that my ALL had relapsed. We are now involved in that part of the journey.
