up and down

I am so thankful that the Lord guides us through this roller coaster ride. Today Doug went in for his weekly blood work and about a half hour after we got home they called and said that his hemoglobin was at 7.5 anything under 8.0 you have to get blood so we went back in to get typed and cross matched so that in the morning we can go back in for him to get two units of blood and a bag of fluids. This will be the fifth transfusion in four and a half weeks.I have asked a lot of questions but unfortunately have not got a lot of answers. They did do a blood test last Friday to see how many cells were his and how many cells were his donor's. This time last year he was at 100% donor so our prayer is that that his not changed. His kidney counts have been high lately as well and they don't know why. Thankfully he has been feeling really well. He has been tired and short of breath when is blood is low but feels fine after the transfusion. Please pray that the doctors will find out some answers soon.

Love to all,
Kelly
