Things are going well

The last few days have gone really well . Doug's appetite has been much better this time he has been able to eat half to all of his meal.(praise the Lord) The insurance gave the doctor the OK to start looking for a donor. This can take up to 8 weeks. Doctor Thome said today that doug will probably do two rounds of chemo which is 4 months. God has been answering prays in many ways today we found out that there is no cancer in his spinal fluid which the doctor said was really great and made him very happy. We are glad that we can to the first part of this here with our nurses and staff and they are spoiling us and the kids . Doug has had a good day with friends and family visiting we are very blessed to have our church and law enforcement family beside us through this journey. I am also blessed that my parents could come out, they will be here till next week. thank you all for everything. Doug may get to come home on Sunday. I hope you were able to follow along I know I jumped around allot. Sorry my mind is everywhere.
love to all ,
Kelly
